- Co-led deprecation of legacy Spring-event updates for Miro's user search indexer by introducing a new more reliable pipeline with transactional outbox event consumers.
- Shipped a bulk-edit API for User Groups with partial-success handling, unblocking adoption by an enterprise customer with 50,000 paid seats; evolved the feature across 3 releases based on direct customer feedback, while maintaining backwards compatibility.

- Launched a seamless subscription model for customers, powered by a Stripe integration, and crafted a customized front-end checkout flow, enabling secure transactions for over 1,000 users within the first three months.
- Engaged in an external project in partnership with Schaatsbaan Rotterdam to implement a comprehensive dashboard for handling all administration tasks to the exact needs of the company, with integrated ticket shop and a customer portal, tailored for ice-skating enthusiasts.
